Mould Releasing and Processing Aid Masterbatch

Description :
P-92010 MR is manufactured by compounding low density polyethylene with mould releasing agent. Additives like antioxidant, lubricants and processing aids are added to improve the process ability. The masterbatch when added in small proportion to Filled PP/LLDPE/HDPE/PVC during injection moulding shows excellent mould release behavior and processability.

Recommanded Dosage: 1-5 %, depending upon the raw material, processing conditions and surface finish of the mould.
