Antioxidant Masterbatches

Description :
P-91010-AO is Anti-oxidant Masterbatch. It is based on Low Density Polyethylene, Hindard Phenol along with special process additives, are used in compound to provide protection against thermal degradation of polymer during process and improves the products performance in the long term application.

Note: We also make tailor made masterbatches/ compounds as per desired technical properties.
Pre-drying: It is recommended to pre-dry the granules in vacuum/ Air circulated ovens using perforated trays for 65 ᵒC for 2-4 hrs.
Guideline for Mixing: To get the best results, it is advisable to use the volumetric feeder or the Masterbatch can be preblended with polymer in a tumbler or High speed mixer before feeding in a hopper. In case of direct addition into the hopper, care should be taken throughout physical mixing.
Form : The material is supplied in the form of Pellets.
Packing: HDPE/PP Woven Sack Bags of 25 kg.
